If you bought the application from this website, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Should you not be satisfied, please contact me at purchases@actions.work (include the invoice!), and I’ll sort things out for you.

Just like with purchases on the App Store, refunds are handled entirely by Apple, and they have to be initiated by the customer. Please see the related Apple support document: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

Just to be crystal clear: Apple DOES NOT provide developers with the tools to handle any App Store refunds.
